To help protect customers, payment channels, and our business, certain transactions on this website may be reviewed before fulfillment.

1. Order Review

Some orders may be held temporarily for review before delivery. This process helps prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, duplicate orders, chargeback abuse, and other forms of misuse.

2. Reasons an Order May Be Reviewed

  • Unusual transaction patterns
  • Billing or payment inconsistencies
  • Repeated failed payment attempts
  • High-value or irregular purchase activity
  • Possible unauthorized or suspicious behavior
  • Technical verification or compliance concerns

3. Verification Requests

Where reasonably necessary, we may ask for additional order confirmation or limited supporting information to verify that the transaction is legitimate. Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation of the order.

4. Security Measures

We use commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect payment processing and customer information. However, customers should also take care to protect their own devices, accounts, and payment credentials.

5. Fraud and Abuse

If an order is reasonably believed to involve fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment use, or policy violations, we reserve the right to reject, suspend, or cancel the order and take any other appropriate action permitted by law.
