LUNEVARA LIMITED primarily delivers digital goods electronically. Most products do not require physical shipping unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
1. Digital Delivery
Most orders are fulfilled by electronic delivery, account crediting, code issuance, or other digital methods depending on the specific product.
2. Physical Products
Where physical gaming accessories or related products are sold, delivery timing, processing requirements, and shipping scope will be described on the relevant product page. Physical orders may require shipping details and additional handling time.
3. Processing Time
Many eligible digital orders are processed within minutes to a few hours after successful payment confirmation. Some orders may take longer due to manual verification, anti-fraud review, system maintenance, publisher-side limitations, stock status, or incomplete customer information.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure that all submitted information is accurate, including player ID, UID, server, region, platform, game title, shipping address where applicable, and any required account details. Incorrect information may cause delay, failed delivery, or delivery to the wrong destination.
5. Delayed Orders
An order may remain pending while payment or account details are reviewed. If additional information is required, our support team may contact you before fulfillment is completed.
6. Failed or Missing Delivery
If you believe that your order was paid but not delivered correctly, please contact [email protected] with your order number and relevant supporting information. We will investigate and provide a reasonable solution where applicable.
